Over the past few weeks, here at Partnar we have been making moves to help serve our customers in a more efficient manner. In doing so, we had to make several decisions that directly affect our customers.
PRODUCT DISCONTINUATION
After a lengthy product review, we have discontinued a number of our small animal surgical supplies, bull breeding soundness and our canine breeding products. Due to low sales these will no longer be available. The remaining inventory we have on hand will be available to our customers at a discount.

EMBRYO TRANSFER / IVF
We will continue to sell our Embryo Transfer, Ovum Pick Up and Invitro products as we have always sold in the past (not in case quantities). These products are available as direct orders and can be purchased by phone, fax or via our website: www.partnaranimalhealth.ca.
CASE QUANTITIES
For the remaining products (Pharmaceuticals, Small & Large Animal Supplies, Gloves & Sleeves, Sterile & Non-Sterile Lubrication, etc.), these items will now be sold in case quantities only and are available through all buying groups. We encourage our customers who do not wish to order full cases, to refer to your buying group to continue to purchase these items individually.

ON OFFER, NO LONGER STOCKED
We understand that there is a number of products that clinics rely on us to receive and we want to work with them and the buying groups to help fulfill these orders. These products will be deemed “No Longer Stocked,” which means that we can still sell them to a clinic, but we will not be maintaining inventory for immediate shipping. We can typically provide these items in 7-10 business days.

MINIMUM ORDER FOR FREE SHIPPING
We will continue to offer free ground shipping on orders over $600 (before tax).
