Return of Merchandise Policy:
No merchandise will be returned without written authorization from Partnar Animal Health. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the 20% restocking charge on all returned, non-defective merchandise. All shipping charges will be entirely assumed by the customer. These fees do not apply to merchandise deemed defective by Partnar Animal Health, or to merchandise shipped by error.
Credit or replacement product will not be given if any of the following occur:
- Opened or damaged product
- Package with label removed
- Merchandise involved in a flood or fire
- Merchandise that requires refrigeration (cold Products)
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by:
- A Returns Authorization number
- The customer's name and address
- The product number, description and quantity of merchandise to be returned
- The purchase order number, where necessary
- The reason for the return
PLEASE NOTE: Partnar Animal Health WILL NOT accept the return of cold products or issue a credit towards cold products.
If you have placed an order online and need to cancel the order, please contact customer service immediately, either through email or by phone: 1-866-690-4998.
If you order has not be proceeded yet, we can cancel the order online and your credit card authorization will be voided, an email notification will be sent to you once this is complete.
If your order has been processed but not shipped, we will be able to cancel your order, refund your credit card and an email notification will be sent to you once this is complete.
If your order has been processed and shipped, we will ask that you follow our “Return of Merchandise Policy”, listed above.
